Our revenues are growing, and we are looking to expand our Product Operations team.

JobTarget specializes in distributing recruitment advertisements (job postings) to third-party job sites (job boards) via technical integrations. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of JobTarget's Job Site Integration System.

Job Description

• Responsible for monitoring all technical integrations and automation processes between JobTarget's Integration System and third-party Job Sites.
• Ensure that all content, product and template fields are properly mapped with Job Site fields
• Work closely with the Product and Development teams on new features, enhancements and bug fixes to the Integration System.
• Oversee and monitor all automated delivery systems, including reporting and new script build tickets
• Responsible for monitoring system failures and prioritizing their resolution
• Manage integration and auto script teams (remotely)

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in process documentation, analyzing, and implementing streamlined workflow process
• BS degree in any STEM field, including computer science, information systems, or comparable experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, thorough, articulate, detail oriented, creative, personable, and team player
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience working on enterprise-level web applications preferred
