About the Position

We seek a Fullstack JavaScript Developer to join our team. You, will be a key member of the Software Development team by solving complicated, challenging problems with code and delivering solutions that make a real difference to job seekers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Write high quality code that meets application requirements and specifications within set deadlines
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues
• Evaluate existing applications to refactor and improve existing codebase
• Develop technical documentation to accurately represent application design and code
• Set coding standards, policies and procedures
• Serve as a resource to junior developers
• Work with Product Managers in building and executing development roadmap, planning testing, integration validation and production releases

Requirements

• 2+ years experience developing enterprise-grade software products
• Experience building public-facing web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs using Node JS and Express.
• Strong knowledge of Front-End Web technologies (HTML5/CSS3/ES6/React/Typescript/Next JS)
• Experience writing high-performance React Components using lifecycle methods or hooks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of MongoDB, RDS, DynamoDB preferred.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
